Inclusive culture is an essential part of our values and the way we work.

At DCC Technology, we have c.5,000 colleagues from across the globe who bring their unique talents and perspectives to create our vibrant workforce and drive our successes.

In recognising that people are the key to our success, we are pleased to share our inaugural Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DE&I) report. This report represents a milestone in our ongoing commitment to ensuring that everyone at DCC Technology has equal access to opportunity and feels welcome here.

I once heard the expression - “Everyone has a sign around their neck saying “Make me feel important” and that is something I have brought with me since then. All of us have a story to tell and all of us needs to feel valued and respected for the person that we are.

I want to be involved in DE&I so that when my daughters join the real world, we don’t have to have these conversations all the time. I don’t want them or their friends or cousins or even strangers on the street to know that there was a time that someone had to fight for their seat at the table or for their voice to be heard. Any place where these conversations are happening, I want to be in the room. We need leaders that, once given the opportunity, look behind them and lend a hand to those still struggling to be seen as equal.
